Provisioning Module

LogVision™ provides a service-provisioning module that follows a full cycle of a sale process from quotes to the order execution. The Service Provisioning module provides interface for sales, accounting, implementation and operations team. Each step of the provisioning process can be configured to generate e-mail alerts to the customer and rest of the team.

For sales, catalogue of the products can be created with ability to create promotions, add special discounts for category of customers or products.

The implementation manager uses the web-based interface to input information on the provisioning steps such as the initial call with the customer, information on delivery of the equipment and installation date. Once the install is completed the customer receives notification about the transition to operations group and start of the billing cycle.
