Baseline Assessment

Annual subscriptions commence with an intensive assessment to establish an initial security baseline for your organization. This thorough assessment includes the following services:

• Onsite vulnerability assessment
• Offsite vulnerability assessment
• Network and security architecture review
• Analysis of existing corporate security policy
• Corporate security policy revisions and recommendations

Security Seminar

ViewTrust will conduct an onsite security awareness seminar to establish a common understanding of information security within your organization.

Semi-Annual Assessment

A semi-annual intensive follow-up assessment is conducted to assure that no significant security vulnerabilities or policy deficiencies have been introduced to your organization's network environment since the establishment of your security baseline.

Quarterly Scans

During your annual subscription, four quarterly offsite scans are conducted against your network perimeter defenses to identify the presence of security vulnerabilities.

InfoBase Access

You are provided with access to the ViewTrust Security InfoBase-a security portal on the Web that supplements and enhances the knowledge of your organization's IT team.

Email Alerts

ViewTrust will provide you with customized email alerts to keep you informed of viruses, patches, and other vulnerabilities that threaten your specific network environment.

Detailed Reporting

Detailed reports or your Vulnerability Assessments are available to you at anytime from anywhere via your secure Web-based ViewTrust Customer Portal site.
